Around 150 non-clinical volunteering, 150 clinical volunteering, and 50 shadowing

Its all relative obviously but I think maybe 200 of the volunteering and at least 100 of shadowing?

50 of shadowing is generally considered to be sufficient. Volunteering tends to be at least a hundred hours, generally more towards a couple hundred split in some way between clinical and nonclinical.
