i can never find the amcas handbook, probably because i'm applying for 2006? it's so frustrating. i want the freaking apps to be out already dammit!!
anyway, can some one reiterate for the 10^10 time how many words are PS should be?

It is 5300 characters including spaces (hitting "enter" counts as 2 characters I believe).
