for the bio section of the DAT:
In reality, all that you really need is general bio 1 and 2. However upper divisions will help.
I am going to rank them in the order that I think they are important, starting with the most important:
most important -> physiology, genetics, microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry* <- least important
*It is worth noting biochemistry on this list even though I did not take it before takking the DAT. Now that I am taking it however, I am noticing that I know alot of things in the class that I learned from my DAT prep.
(I believe that you can find everything you need to do well in the bio section out of the campbells biology textbook and study guide. It is worth its weight in gold. Memorize that book and you will be set)
