How much can one expect their score to improve in 9 days and wat should they do

I took NBME 4 day before yesterday and scored a 229. I now have 9 days left before my exam! How much do you think I can improve my score?

What do you think I should do? Have practiced World twice and Secrets once. Nothing else. Thanks for the help.

Have you ever used Step up to medicine? If so it might be a great refresher to go through that in 5 days just to really drive home the medicine details. If you've never used it, probably a lot to read on short notice. I would just go through secrets again and maybe review the questions that gave you difficulty in UW.
