How Much Can One Improve?

I am curious how much you guys improved your scores over a 5-6 week period. Currently sitting at a 560 on the NBME form 1 but i haven't really started studying for real. That will be begin in november. Any input?

bizzump, i know this is a bit of an ambigous question but i was hoping for some peoples experience with how much their score went up by studying.

By studying, you could push your score into the 700+'s.

Don't know about NBME. I know that for Step 1, my QBank scores went from low-to-mid 50s to mid 70s.
