can anybody give me an idea of how much credit you need to be eligible for grad plus loans WITHOUT a cosigner? like if you take out 6,000 dollars in loans and pay them back or something is that enough credit? please give me an idea of the dollar amount. thanks!

I would guess 720 fico score without a co-signer.

Ask your financial aid office.

you need Zero credit to get a grad plus loan. as long as you dont have any delinquents/bad stuff on your credit report within the last 5 years.

Yep... no credit needed to qualify. Cosigners are only necessary if you have what they call "adverse credit history."
