The 2023 HPSA/SDN SJT Experience Survey results indicate applicants with strong MCAT CARS scores may have better Casper performance.

most of my schools don't require them, but I'm worried that (esp for the casper score) that it would eliminate me from the process

Went to a school that requires CASPER and from what I was told, the test will not hurt you, but it can help you.
