Id say half I've had half and half of 12 credit and 16 credit semesters while at my university, filling in the gaps with lots of summerschool. In the end I came out came out with a pretty high gpa...however do u think those 12 credit semesters are really gonna burn me? Or do you think since I performed well during the 16 credit ones thats all they needed to see?

also, my total credits at the university is around like 160 and the basic requirements are 120...dont know if that matters

Relax... they won't care. I had a 12 credit semester one time and no one said anything to me. You'll be fine.

I agree. it was not mentioned in my interviews, but if they did, hey a man's gotta work.

You might get asked why, but I doubt it. Don't worry.

12 credits really isn't that much unless you have labs. The only times I took as little as 12 credits were when I had 2-3 labs. But I don't think they really care that much.

I was really just concerned about this one semester where I took 11 credits, which included Ochem (C) and ochem lab (A-). Only science class i ever got a C in

I had multiple semesters where I had less than a full course load (15 credits), and it wasn't a problem at all.

I take 12s 13s and 14s, BUT I have never taken 1 "fluff class." I am ahead of all people in my major. I feel very confident. Also some say all that matters is the number.
IMO that is...
