How much does Qbank change from year to year?

I'm wondering if questions from Kaplan's Qbank change from year to year (if they actually change their questions according to feedbacks, or write new questions for each year)? I atually bought a review package that includes Qbank questions from last year, but am thinking about getting a 3-month Qbank subscription from Kaplan. But if the questions don't vary much then I guess there is no point subscribing.....🙄 ...rather save my $200 for food and books😉
