This is information I found that is related to the question you asked. I did not find the exact information you wanted.
Per snobored18 4/8/06: "In a typical year 400 Iowans apply for 96 positions, which looks like you have ~25% chance of getting in, but once all the dust settles and people end up going to other schools I think about 46% of in-state applicants are accepted straight out or eventually off the waitlist...thats the good news, the bad news is that Iowa has one of the lowest percent of in-states around (a little less than 70%) for a public school (I think only Michigan has a lower percent) "
Per BigKurz 11/10/06: "They auto-invite > 3.7 & 30 (With 10s in each). Both IS and OOS."
Per AMCAS data at
http://www.aamc.org/data/facts/2006/2006school.htm There were2575 applicants to U of Iowa in 2006.
Per IzIa on 3/08/05: "They interviewed about 550 applicants according to usnews last year. 243 instate, 304 out. 128 instate were accepted, and 149 out of state were accepted. So actually its about 1/2 for each in/out of interviews will receive acceptances."
