EDIT: cGPA is 2.84.
It looks really terrible when I type it out. I hate to type it, especially through these teary eyes, but is it salvageable through a post-bacc, or should I cut my losses and ask God for a new mission?
Please be honest.

Hi, I'm going to try and keep this as short as possible while including pertinent info.
TL;DR bad history, what can I do to turn it around?
Undergrad school: Very large state school in the south
Undergrad major: Sociology (BA 2009)
Undergrad GPA: 3.1
Good in undergrad: Started clubs, won awards for research on stalking victims (obviously non-medical research)
Bad in undergrad: Had a bunch of F's (7, maybe) in community college
Did 1.5 years of grad school (MA in Sociology), but quit to move to California because my husband got a job at Google (I got a job as a contractor for Google, where I currently am blowing off work to write this) - GPA was 3.3 until I quit in the middle of a semester and got some F's because of it. I don't know what it is now, but it can't be much higher than 2.7 or so. I think this is the biggest stumbling block for my application.
GRE 1270 (700V/570Q), didn't study at all so I could easily bring up the Q if necessary for some reason.
Volunteering: Hospice with patient contact, Red Cross as community disaster educator, Cat shelter; will continue volunteering for 3+ years before applying
Looking at doing a post-bac at Mills, if they'll take me. I live in the Bay Area so a second bachelors is not possible (local universities simply won't allow second bachelors students). I don't think CC credits will do me any good.
No MCAT scores yet, obviously, but I generally test fairly well.
I'm a first-generation college student, although white and comparatively wealthy.
Will anything that I do get me into med school?
MD, DO, Pod, PA, it doesn't matter to me. Assume time and money are no issue.
I will do anything.
