How much is enough EC?

Hi all,
What is considered "enough" or "competitive" amount EC? I know this may vary from individual schools, but please tell me if what I've got is enough.

Shadow dentist 100 hr
Research 150 hr
Lab Proctor 45 hr
Clinical Volunteering 50 hr

yea thats good....but enough is how much you must decide.....be yourself and dont live up to what other people is expecting of you. enough is how much you want to do

i thought i spent too much time doing stuff because i never got to talkabout it much in my inteviews. i think it is about quality not quantity. to meaningful things
