At our school, the 3rd years said last year they hardly had but 4-5 questions and of those you could maybe attribute them to Gross because they were brachial plexus or lumbar plexus type stuff. The only reason I ask is because this year is the first year at our school to have this systems based Neuroscience course. It's ridiculous, way too many lecture hours, zero organization and basically I was just wondering if its even worth the time. Thanks
 
It's different for everyone. The big things are nerve palsies (plexuses and CN's), eye movements/deficits, and basal ganglia stuff. I didn't have too much though, my test felt like it was all acid/base...like there weren't any other organs besides the damn kidneys. It sucked.
 
I had several complicated but straightforward brainstem lesions questions. It really is the luck of the draw -- everyone seems to think they get a different exam heavy in a certain topic.
