How much of the Decks are repeated in the exam?

Hi. Thanks to everyones advice i am constantly reading through past papers and decks. However, i am finding myself only memorizing the answers and not understanding the why they are the right answers. I still have plenty of time so i intend to correct this problem. I was just wondering that when people say 30-40% of the exam are from the decks, do they mean the EXACT question is from the decks or similar questions with some of the words mixed up? I don't wanna take any short cuts but if they plan to trick me up by changing small details i want to be ready for it. Thanks.
