I take like 30 minutes for 50 slides to read for my first pass ( including pictures and if the slides are not particulary heavy )

So in average : from 30 min to 1 hour per lecture ? Is my speed ok or slow or fast or what ?

No one can answer this for you. I take a long time my first time because it helps for me to really digest everything then I go through it very fast the second and third time.

But then again... it depends on the topic (is it something I’m already good at or had some experience learning in undergrad?), stuff like that. You have to figure out what’s good for you. My formula doesn’t work for everyone out there unfortunately :/

First pass takes me 15 min to skim. It's a 3-4 page. I go to lecture. Then I really read it. About 30 min.

Alternatively, I skipped lecture and spent 45 - 60 min reading/taking notes then I watch at 2-2.5x while running on a treadmill.

It takes me about 35 minutes to watch a 50 minute lecture on 2x speed while making Anki cards (including screenshots). After that, I only review those cards and use supplemental resources (Pathoma, Boards and Beyond) to reinforce concepts before the exam.
