Was going to ask this too.. I have 2 W's from when my husband was Army and I had to withdraw from 2 of my classes and the one class that the professor understood I needed to leave early and let me take the final EARLY, I have a C in >.> By the time I am applying for dental school it will have been far in the past, but I'd hate for it to harm my app. From a school's perspective, are W's worse than C's ?
I will be applying next cycle, with a 3.5 and 2 C+'s from Jr. year (one is from an epistimology course, and another is from immunology). im wondering how badly these C's are going to hurt me. i realize numerous other factors will be at work (ie. if my DAT is sick, it could make up for the C's). So my question would be, are there certain schools to which one shouldnt even apply if they have anything < A/B's. This site seems to be packed with 4.0s/20+'s, so maybe my growing insecurity is unwarranted.
