How much would getting HS in Sub-I hurt your application?

I have seen threads stating that having a high sat in 3rd year clerkship is ok as long as you get an honor in sub-I, since they care about Sub-I more... but what if you get an honor in your 3rd year IM clerkship but a HS in your medicine sub-I?

These grades are subjective and everyone knows this.
Go out there and try your best, see what you get. You might be surprised.
