How often do COMs' "selection" committees meet?

Now that the mcats are finally back, i'm complete at a few places.

I know DMU just sticks the completed apps in a slot and they're reviewed daily. Interview invites are sent out soon after.

What about OU, PCOM, NOVA and any others?

Here's what I know based on my experience:

DMU: Committee meets bi-weeklyish (?). Responses within 10 - 14 days of interview
KCOM: Committee meets weekly. Responses within 7 days of interview
Nova: Committee meets biweekly. Responses in 14 days of interview
CCOM: Committee meets monthly. Responses within 21 - 30 days of interview
LECOM - B: Committee meets weekly. Responses within 7 - 10 days of interview

In terms of receiving interviews, i think most schools don't decide who to invite at the meetings, I believe a reviewer decides that for each application.

appearantly OU's committee meets often enough for me to be selected between friday and monday (when they mailed my invite packet!)

I'm interviewing next week, the 27th. I am sooooooooooo excited!

just curious, when ccom meets monthly..is that to decide on accepting those who interviewed or is it also for selecting students to interview? thanks 😉

I think I misunderstood Sevira's post. The list I posted was only for admissions decisions. I have no idea how often any of the schools meet to grant interviews.
