Hi all, how often do you have to do surgeries in order to stay sharp, post-residency? I mean yes, why would you do a surgical residency if you didn't like to operate a lot, but lets say you were going to do research or have some administrative duties. How long can you go without being rusty doing bread and butter cases? 1 month without any surgery? 3 months?
