I am also 19, turning 20 in March. I applied this year to a special program at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, but I'll probably get rejected, so I won't reapply until I'm 23 or 24, after I get my MPH at Columbia.

I actually find this thread quite interesting. I am 24 now, will be 25 hopefully when I get in but probably around 26 or 27 if I have to reapply. 🙁

I will be 25 three months after I start med school next August. I actually look like an adult in my nifty interview suit with my short haircut. Time to grow up, I guess. Kiss my youth goodbye. Ah, Johnny, I hardly knew ye. But I will keep snowboarding forever. Speed and powder.
