How on earth do you get old SAT official score reports?

Help!

I have a school that needs an official SAT score report for my app to a summer program, and I took the test in 1999. I can't find the info I need on the collegeboard's website, and the paper request I sent in last week came back to me today saying they were unable to fulfill my request but that I could request old scores online. I can't find that anywhere on the site, and I even signed up for a collegeboard account!

Can someone help me figure out how to send an offical SAT score report that is old?

I've been all around the college board's site, and I printed off the form and mailed it in and they sent it back to me! They said I had to request them online, but since the scores are archived they aren't available online.

I did a search on the college board's site, and found this, but it includes the same form I filled out and sent in last week. I guess I'll have to call them and be charged the 10 dollar phone fee in addition to the 17 dollar archive retrieval fee. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to send scores that aren't available online.
