How screwed am I?

Long story short, I kept postponing my DAT because I didn't feel 100% ready, to the point where my dentpin expired, lost $400, bunch of phone calls extended my app till dec 31. They cancelled my new application I had set for November, got my $400 back, but now my new test date is December 30th.

With scores coming in that late, do I still chance in getting into the current cycle?

I'm really really worried about my score only thing I use is crack DAT for PAT and Romanos destroyer for science and math. Along with biochem I'm currently taking (that also made me postpone my test date), Campbell book, and whatever stayed in my head from bio-major.
Any last minute suggestions other than pray?

You are will be applying late in the cycle that is true but it is not impossible for you to get an acceptance late in the cycle, check with the schools you are interested in attending..You should put all your focus and effort into scoring high as possible on the DAT, because without a high DAT score the rest does not matter. Know the Destroyer cold and do not ignore the reading section, schools take a hard look at the science and reading scores;they are more forgiving in QR and PAT. From what you stated you are on the right track..

Thank you! Some schools have February first deadline, that's where I'll apply. As per DAT score I should do well, when I do sections of orgo/chem first 70 questions took long to rail into, then the rest I would do 40 questions per sit down so I'm getting better and quicker.
I'm currently sitting on bio, by the way question 82, wouldn't both a and b be correct? Aldosterone is to increase blood pressure too, so lower lvls will also decrease blood pressure?

What schools are you applying to? Some schools like nyu have rolling admissions. Did you submit your application? If yes then just do well on your DAT. And we'll do the praying for you 😉

Too kind Thank you! NYU is one of them yes I have the list at home, the application is complete I just need to upload my personal statement submit DAT score and pay

Hm... you wouldn't be interested in applying next year? I've heard lots of people with great GPA and DAT that hasn't had an interview yet because they applied late :s But if money is not an issue then go for it and good luck!

A lot didn't get in, those who applied early as well, reasons vary, but majority of people I know got into at least two schools.
