So, I was busy doing other things (I'm a non-traditional app), and I just sent off my application last Thursday. I have very good stats, but how much will I be penalized for the late application with the rolling admissions process? Do you think I will be asked about it in interviews?

If you have a stellar app, no, you wont be penalized.

And contrary to what a lot of people here will say, the world does not end if you don't apply in June. There is a HUGE advantage to applying early, but every year, many people successfully apply and are admitted "late" in the game.
