Providing quality healthcare is a team effort. Who do you think is the most important member of the team and why?

What was the most stressful situation you’ve ever handled? How did you handle it?

P.S. I'm applying for a volunteer position.

The first question is stupid, the second question is not about the stressor but about how you reacted.

Why are you asking strangers on the internet to tell you what your most stressful situation was? :eyebrow:
"My older sibling used to hide single Lego bricks somewhere in the hallway after I went to sleep. One time I woke up in the middle of the night and wanted a glass of water. I couldn't turn on the hallway light because I didn't want to risk waking my parents. The hallway seemed to be a mile long as I carefully tiptoed to the kitchen. Never been more stressed before in my life."

Obviously yourself. I mean, if the most important member of the team wasn't you, why would you even be there??

Answering this question. It induced so much stress that you had to stop thinking about it for a while and solicit advice from thousands of strangers on SDN.
