I've noticed that sometimes the Princeton review practice questions involve material that wasn't in the review book (e.g. there was a question on amino acid salt bridges on the Princeton Review's online content.) Should I worry that I'm not getting everything I need just reviewing the material in the books?

You're not getting 100% everything, in the classes they sprinkle some more information. And also in the huge ass workbook. I had no idea that transition metals had "no nonbonding electrons" and some other stuff.
