How should the white coat fit?

Are the sleeves of my white coat too long? The rest of it fits pretty well as far as I can tell, but I noticed a lot of my classmates' sleeves were shorter such that you could see the cuffs of their dress shirt underneath. My sleeves basically sit where the sleeves of a suit coat ought to sit. Is this normal? I don't want to look like a slob on the wards...

It looks perfect. Your shirt sleeves would probably stick out when you raise your arms or bend your elbow at that length, which is appropriate. You probably wouldn't want it shorter.

This is about what you look like in a short white coat. It's only purpose is pure cold and simple humiliation. It's designed to be tight in the shoulders, boxy and with sleeves too short.
