How similar is the comprehensive basic science exam from the NBME to the actual Step I?

We just took our CBSE at school right after finishing classes with no study time and I'm wondering how similar the exam is to the actual Step 1. The questions were a lot easier than I expected and there were quite a few gimmes. The question stems were also much smaller than the ones seen with UWorld questions. I just passed with a 192 but I'm wondering if it's possible to go up to a 235 with the 2 months of studying I have. If the CBSE is similar the actual step 1 I could see this being possible.
