how to allocate my hours?

I've been working as a volunteer scribe at a local low-cost/free clinic, but due to the nature of the job, there's a lot of shadowing going on as well. I'll probably have 600+ hours by the time I finish--should i put down some of my hours as shadowing? (Maybe 50 hours or so?) Or should I stick all of the hours down under scribing? Not sure which would 'look better' (although I imagine there's not too much of a difference) to the committees. Thank you so much SDN, you guys are absolutely amazing!
