How to answer during interview

I had an interview the other day and got one of the common questions of...."Well, do you have any questions for me?" The interviewer had already explained the program, how they choose their people, and when we should know if we get a spot or not. So basically I told him that he had answered the main points and I had heard everything else from the other residents that I met with earlier. Am I missing something else that I should ask? Is there a better way to respond to this question? Hopefully everyone elses experience can help here.

I hated that question. I didn't like to say no, but really had no other questions either. So I would make it personal and ask them why they chose to work (if an attending) or do residency (if a resident) at that particular program. Sometimes Iwould learn something new, but at least it didn't seem like I had nothing else to ask.

What do you think some of the strengths of your current residents are?
Have any residents had trouble getting fellowships/jobs after residency?
How is your admission process and how is your department looked at by other services?
Do you have a minimum inservice score or standardized tests for advancement?
How do you evaluate your residents?
What is your overall board pass rate?
What is your research requirement?
How do you keep track of procedures and duty hours?
Do consult services (Orhopedics, peds, etc) let ED residents do their own procedures (reductions, splinting, etc)?
What moonlighting opportunitites exist and are they covered by malpractice insurance?
Can I get the phone numbers of some graduates from your program for references?
