Please explain any inconsistencies in your university, graduate, or professional school academic performance and/or MCAT scores.

My GPA is high so I'm not worried about that but what is considered a good enough MCAT score to not answer this question? What if we don't really have an excuse or reason why we didn't score higher?
I got a 508 MCAT and I don't have a reason why it wasn't higher, so could we just answer N/A for questions like these?

yeah not for you. I'd only answer that if I had all C's for a semester, or retook the 508 and ended up getting a 490 or something.

The prompt is for something like you having a 120 CARS score with 130 in all others,

OR
you having a bad start to college, followed by a steep rising trend

OR

You getting sick for a semester and having lots of Ws there.

OR
You failing two courses in one semester because your dad got sick.
