How to assign LOR title/ occupation

Little Help needed here.

Today I submitted my primary application to one DO school. (more to add later)
For LOR, however, it shows blank to Title/ Occupation of the "evaluator."
LOR has not been received yet, so I want to edit it but do not know how to.

In short: How can you put Title/ Occupation to your LOR?

Kinda hard to help you when each school has different program. It's best option for you to call that specific school and ask them. Or go to school specific thread and ask the people in there. They would have more experience.

If it's in aacoma, once you submitted you cannot change it.

Yes, I am talking about primary application. I was worried because one of my LOR shows Title/ Occupation while three others do not.
I remember writing down title "Mr." and Occupation "Counselor" for one of my LOR request, but I don't remember how I did it... and I can't find the way to do it either.

You put for example when you request if I remember correctly something like: .... Ph.D., Professor of Chemistry or whatever their title is in their email. I don't remember being able to edit it. Many schools will ask a similar thing on secondary apps. Schools use this info mostly to evaluate is this a science, non science, or physician LOR.
