How is this LOR perceived by our resident adcoms?

One of my letter writers shared their LOR (submitted last month) with me.
Curious if this is considered Bad, Average, Good or Outstanding? @Goro @LizzyM @Mr.Smile12

It sounds very honest, sincere and thoughtful. There are no negatives but also no bull$hit. How long the writer has known you and any relationship prior to your employment is missing (if you have parents who are physicians or otherwise working in health care and they know the writer, or the writer is a neighbor, that would cause me to discount it a little bit.

Too late to ask them to fix it now of course (adding that they first met me 8 months ago at start of employment), but i'm glad to know how you perceive it when reading it.

Nothing wrong with "average." Sometimes, for legal reasons, references can't go overboard with throwing flowers. I'm fine with it.
