Starting prelim medicine year July 1st and just came to find out that my first month will general neurology followed by nsicu. Any tips or suggestions as to reading or tips for a new resident

Dr. Sila also gave me their cerebrovascular disease protocol cards... those are pretty beastly in a pinch, I would imagine. Case was such an awesome institution.

Totally agree, they were one of the biggest positive surprises of interview season.
