How to categorize classes during transcript entry

So when I am entering classes such as embryology or ecology on AACOM transcript entry, should I enter the subjects as specific like embryology=embryology, ecology=ecology, or should I enter the subject as just biology.

The class itself is BIOL 311 embryology, so how should I enter the subject on AACOMAS?

Try to be as accurate as you can, so use embryology for embryology, etc.
