I am trying to decide between a post-bacc and an SMP. I have a 3.4 science and have not taken the MCAT. I am just wondering if there is a general guideline to decide between the two options. Thank you

SMP is a last resort. You do it when there's no possibility of raising your GPA to competitive levels by taking undergrad classes within 2-3 years. That is usually people with GPA < 3.1. You're not in that situation.

Thank you so much for all your help. But considering i have finished all my science pre-reqs and some upper divisions, do you think it is still possible to do the Harvard program? Since it is more geared towards career changers?

Yes you can still do it. Just take classes you haven't taken before.
