How to classify a job that led to a publication

I worked as a research assistant and got a publication out of it. Would this go under publications or paid jobs?

one slot for the job (research), one slot for the pub...

but i cant afford to use 2 slots for the same thing..can i just list the job under publications ? also how do i refernce the publication?

Both the research experience (the job) and the publication are valuable parts of your application. I highly doubt you have 14 more valuable experiences, and if you do there are others (perhaps multiple shadowing experiences) that would be better to condense.
