How to convert GPAs?

Hello! My school uses a GPA out of a 4.3 scale. I am not exactly sure how to do a GPA conversion. If I had a 2.3 gpa, then would what be my gpa be on a 4.0 scale as well at the 7.0 scale (that Australian dental schools use)?

In AADSAS, you enter your letter grade. A 2.3 looks like a C+, so you'd probably still have something around a 2.3.
