How to Decide on Derm?

Hi, what would you suggest to someone who may be interested in Derm. for residency but still has not had more than a few weeks experience with a dermatologist? I guess a few more weeks experience might be helpful in deciding. Anything else you would suggest?
Also, how is dermatology in the international aspect, if you are interested in doing international medical work? Is it of high demand in 3rd world countries?

if you like clinic, like brief procedures, like pathology and like reading your butt off, then you will like derm. Derm is basically a sub-specialty of medicine, so most are medicine type people (thinkers).
