I was accepted to two schools, both of which i am considering, how do I go about revoking my acceptance to the school?

Dont just reject that other school... go to that school, and ask them if they would give you a scholarship lol, then if they say no... you say "no" too 😛
hahahah small
Im trying that when I apply hahahaha 😛
Ha! Funny you should mention it, but that's almost what I did: when I called Penn and found out I was accepted, I then asked about the scholarship. When Corky said "Not this round, sorry" all enthusiasm immediately left my voice and I responded, rather dejectedly "Oh, OK. Thanks." I think she understood that I wasn't coming because of the cost. Actually, she probably already knew as I was very honest in my interview.
I wouldn't go burning bridges... you never know when you'll cross paths with these guys again. Just write something like "after much thought, I have decided to decline your offer of acceptance. It was a difficult decision [put in compliments to the school if you want]. I appreciate your consideration for acceptance at School X."
I burn every bridge I cross, this is the way of the gunner. That way no one else can catch up to me. ha ha ha
Seriously now you know we are all joking.
oh but of course, this is SDN and i wouldn't expect anything else 😉 just wanted to give some real advice to the OP
when should i decline... Both schools are refundable in march?

Whenever you make up your mind? Some people are still waiting for interviews/acceptances, so if you know already I wouldn't delay. But don't rush your decision at the same time since it's such a big decision.
Small, I think your stats were too lowj/k
I can't believe you didn't get the scholarship though. I have a UPenn interiew coming up soon and I was hoping to get one, but now I am having doubts I will.
When you say you were honest at the interview, did you tell them that you would go to UPenn only if you got the scholarship?
