I work in a hospital lab. On secondaries when it asks for my relationship with physicians which they are asking for info on, how do I refer to the doctors at my hospital? Colleague? Coworker? I want to infer that I closely work with these people, but I don't want to disrespect the doc by saying we are on the same level, which I feel colleague and coworker imply.

how about a term like "my superior(s)"

I see what you're saying, but if you call them a co-worker, I think everyone will understand what you mean.

Have an in-depth DTR and see how you both feel about it

deep tendon reflex?

Urban Dictionary:

1. DTR

Define The Relationship. When two people discuss their mutual understanding of a romantic relationship (casual dating, serious boyfriend, etc).

Have you DTR'ed yet?

I dunno what we are. I guess we gotta do a little DTR'ing tonight.

I think it might be more popular in the small private college world
