How to "describe yourself" during an interview

What types of things do you say when asked, "Please describe yourself," during an interview? Do you talk about your personality traits, your ambitions, or what?

I don't really have an answer to your question...but maybe some helpful advice...I also had a hard time answering similar questions during mock interviews. So, in preparing, I asked a group of friends how they would descibe me. Their responses really helped me see what easily comes across in my personality and what I probably will need to activly bring up....and maybe some things that I want to NOT bring up! 😉
