I've been volunteering in outpatient pharmacy for about three month.
My basic job is to stand at pick-up cashier and give the medication for the costumers.
I've learned a lot during my volunteer hours at the beginning. However, I've get used to it and

My plan is to ask the LOR about 6 next months from the pharmacists working theres, so I plan to develop a relationship with them from now. I feel that I am kidda quiet and have ok relationship with pharmacists compared with other volunteers. Do you guys have any tips to develop the relationship with them?

Thanks a lot

Yeah, work your @ss off and prove you're great not only at what you do but your attitude and how you get along with others. You need to find a middle ground- not too talkative where no one wants you around but not to quiet where people won't remember you at all. Good luck!

Yeah English is my second language, sometimes I don't know how to start a conversation or pharm tech or pharmacists talk to me and I feel like I listen more than talking to them.
