MD & DO How to distribute a survey to multiple medical schools?

So my research mentor is working on a survey project and laid down the details last week. She would like me to reach out to other medical schools to distribute a 5 question survey and would like the results to come from different geographical regions of the US. I have a lot of friends.... (jokes) but I have no idea how I'm going to do this. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on a venue to do this on?

Talk to your deans, they should know how to do it, and it should probably be sent through them. They probably get lots of surveys themselves.
