This is a good method for post-game analysis I am using:

Let me know if that helps, and if you have any other questions. Good luck!
I like that method, but to me that:
1) Won't work with verbal very well
2) Is missing a step
Here's what I've been doing and suggest giving a try, especially for verbal but as a step before the post-phrasing Kaplan recommends.
1) After you finish the test, don't look at the answer explanations. Just mark each question correct or incorrect, without putting down the right answer. Then, go back to each question you either guessed on (mark these as you go) or got wrong and give it another try. Get it wrong again? Try again. It's important to convince yourself why the answer is right before just reading why it's right.. since you don't really learn where you were deficient in analyzing the question if it's handed to you.
2) After the above, go back to the original guessed/wrong answers and convince yourself WHY each one is correct. After you work out your reasoning, then go see if it matches up with the answer explanation.
Basically, don't look at the answer explanation until you figured out by repeating or trial and error what it says in it.
This works great for verbal since it's all about analyzing the question. For BS/PS, I would follow that with Kaplan post-phrasing (I keep a log of answers I got wrong for reasons other than miscalculations, etc).
