How to enter experiences on application (2 positions, 1 org)?

I'm filling out my application for this cycle, and under the experiences section I want to list that I've held two positions in my honors fraternity (service chair and VP). I originally had them listed as 1 entry, but should I separate them into two entries? And if I do separate them, how do I get across that I was a member for two years, and spent 1 term in one position and 3 terms in the other?
 
I think one entry is fine and just describe both positions in the description section
 
List the experience as one activity and your "position" should be your most recent position, which I assume is VP. You can then use the description to describe your previous roles and accolades. Good luck!
