How to enter extracurriculars into AMCAS application?

Hi! I haven't been able to find any consistent examples of what to include/what kind of language to use when entering activities into AMCAS. Should it be in bullet form, paragraph form, a mixture of both? Should we refrain from using words like "competitive" when describing programs we've been apart of (someone told me not to "brag")? If anyone could insert an example of what they used that would be extremely helpful since I am a reapplicant and want to get it right this time, thank you.
