hey guys

i finally got an interview, but my mcat score is really low. i know for sure they're going to ask me about it, and i have no idea how to defend myself for it. to make matters worse, i got the same score twice (which wasn't anywhere near my practice test scores). i suppose i'm not good at taking standardized exams, but i studied a lot for both times. any advice would be helpful. thanks.

Tell them to shove it. Because they should.

Just make it clear, that just because you did subpar, this will in no way hinder you from becoming a successfulphysician, and make sure they know that you are willing to put in the time and work to acheive that

act normal for the first few minutes of your interview.

then just screaming at the top of your lungs. chant in foreign tongues. rip your clothes off. attempt to drink the blood from your interviewer's neck. masturbate feverishly the entire time. demand goat heads.

blame it on your random suspectibility to demon possessions and how this same thing happened to you on the day of your mcat . include how you managed to finish the exam as proof of your dedication to medicine.

Just tell them that it didn't make sense to study for the MCAT any longer than was necessary to get an interview.
