Hello everyone. I have 3 separate semesters from which I withdrew from all of my classes. The real reason was mental health, which I finally got some help with. Is saying "I had some issues with my health that I have now resolved" sufficient? This question pertains to the part of the application that asks "Does your academic record accurately reflect your capabilities?"
