How to file tax return for people on J1 visa

Hi, I would really appreciate some advice. I tried to do my taxes at irs.gov and got 20 minutes into H&R Block's online free tax return when they say that this does not cover form 1040NR and that it will cost $250 to complete my return. 😱
How do other people on J1 visas do their taxes? Are there any online ways to do it? I really don't have time to find an accountant.
