I am in medicine now and I don't like my program. I want to swithch to neurology for PGY-2. I am wondering how to find an opening PGY-2 neurology? I know there are some since people change their minds or programs increase their sizes. However I don't know how to find these information. Do programs post those info somewhere or you have to hear from someone inside?
